We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

Like other dental brands, EmiSmile Brush does not allow returns of opened items for the safety of our customers.

If you have an issue with your EmiSmile Brush, we will ask you to email a short video to help troubleshoot a solution. If the EmiSmile Brush is defective after review, we will send you a replacement. Any defect on EmiSmile Brush after 30 days will not be replaced.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please let us know if you would prefer to exchange the item, so we can expedite the process.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
