We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
Please note that the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

We take matters of hygiene and safety seriously. Like other dental brands, EmiSmile does not allow returns of opened items for the safety of our customers.

If you have any issues with your EmiSmile, we will ask you to email a short video to help troubleshoot a solution. If the EmiSmile Brush is defective after review, we will send you a replacement. Any defect on EmiSmile Brush after 45 days will not be replaced.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please let us know if you would prefer to exchange the item, so we can expedite the process.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
